The Rotaract Club of Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla, under the aegis of Vice-Chancellor Priti Saxena, celebrated the 76th Republic Day by distributing sweaters, stationery and sweets among 50 students of Government Primary School in Vikasnagar here.
