The District Ayurvedic Hospital at Mandi is providing various medical treatments through multiple methods, said Dr Manubala Gautam, pediatric specialist at the hospital, stated.

The hospital begins each day with free yoga sessions from 8:45 am to 9:45 am, promoting health maintenance and disease prevention for many patients and healthy individuals alike. Dr Gautam noted that three physicians offer their services daily, including treatments such as cupping therapy, agnikarma, and panchakarma. Surgical services are now available every Friday and Saturday. During these two days, surgeries for conditions like piles, fistula, and other ailments needing surgery are performed using the ksharsutra method.

Dr Gautam said that many patients have found relief from chronic ailments through ayurvedic treatments. The hospital offers various therapies, including knee and joint pain management through cupping and agnikarma, as well as panchakarma techniques for treating back and neck issues.
