Minerva’s Aarav shines as state NEET topper with 619 marks

Aarav Thakur, a student of Minerva Study Circle, has emerged as the state topper in NEET-2025 by scoring 619 out of 720 marks. He has also brought pride to the district and the institute by securing the 500th rank nationally.

Aarav, a resident of Dehra village in Hatwad Panchayat of Bilaspur, aspires to serve society by taking admission at AIIMS. He stated, “Success is not about luck but hard work and determination.” In recognition of his achievement, Minerva Institute has announced a cash award of Rs 1 lakh for Aarav as the state topper.

Notably, Aarav scored a 99.29 percentile in JEE (Main)-2025. He credited his family and teachers for his success. The school management, teachers and parents have congratulated him and messages of congratulations are pouring in from all over the district.

Aarav’s father, Jagdeep Thakur, is a Physics lecturer at Government Senior Secondary School, Kuthera, and his mother, Sapna Thakur, is a TGT at Government High School Chandoh. Aarav’s elder sister, Amrita Thakur, is currently an MBBS student at Tanda Medical College. Aarav has been studying at Minerva School since Class IX.
