The Palampur police have successfully recovered a missing woman from Jaipur. Manoj Kumar, a resident of Palampur, had lodged a complaint on October 3 stating that his wife, Pallavi (25), had gone to the Palampur Civil Hospital but did not return home.

The police registered a missing person report and launched a search operation. The police initiated a thorough investigation and through technical surveillance and analysis, traced the woman to Ahmedabad in Gujarat.

Kangra SP Ashok Rattan said that a special police team was dispatched to Gujarat to find her. After extensive efforts and coordination across multiple locations, the team located Pallavi at the Jaipur railway station. She was safely brought back to Palampur and after completing all necessary legal formalities was handed over to her family.
