Earlier in the day, Solanki also offered floral tributes at Dr Parmar’s statues located at Yashwant Chowk, Congress Bhawan Nahan and the Government Degree College campus. He emphasised that the modern and organised Himachal seen today is a direct outcome of Dr Parmar’s relentless dedication and foresight. “Dr Parmar gave this state its identity, self-respect and a path of inclusive development. His ideals and service will continue to guide us. The truest tribute to him is to fulfil his vision of a prosperous and equitable Himachal,” said Solanki.
