BJP workers organised a ‘Tiranga Yatra’ in Dharamsala on Thursday in honour of the Indian armed forces for successfully executing ‘Operation Sindoor’ against Pakistan. The ‘Tiranga Yatra’, led by Leader of the Opposition Jai Ram Thakur, started from Kotwali Bazaar. Thakur praised the Indian armed forces over the success of ‘Operation Sindoor’ and emphasised that all Indian citizens were proud of them. “Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s diplomacy has isolated Pakistan in the world community,” he claimed.

Thakur dedicated the ‘Tiranga Yatra’ to the unity and pride of the country and said that the power shown by the Indian forces and the success of indigenous weapons gave Pakistan a big blow.

State BJP president Rajeev Bindal said that the ‘non-contact war’ of attacking targets precisely without entering Pakistani territory had surprised the whole world. Even the most powerful countries were looking at India’s might gained with the help of indegeniouslly developed weapons. “The vision and strong willpower of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken the country to new heights,” he added.

Kangra MP Rajiv Bhardwaj, state BJP general secretary Trilok Kapoor, MLAs Sudhir Sharma (Dharamsala), Pawan Kajal (Kangra), Vipin Parmar (Sullah), Ranbir Nikka (Nurpur) and many other senior leaders and hundreds of workers of the party participated in the yatra.
