The chief guest appreciated the hard work put in by the staff and students. He endorsed the concern expressed by the school principal about the influence of technology on today’s generation citing various examples from day-to-day life.

The principal read out the School Annual Report on the occasion. He also spoke about the significant challenges in education, largely due to influence of technology and shifting social dynamics that has resulted in growing disconnect from the real world, as students spend more time in digital spaces and less time in engaging with society and real-life experiences.

This was followed by the prize distribution for the meritorious students under various categories. This year, new prizes were introduced — Altiora Peto Award for the Best All Rounder, D.J Prim Memorial for Excellence in Art and Dakshvir Singh Thakur Legacy Award for Basketball Excellence.
