The Chief Minister said the portal would help people of the state to communicate their views, suggestions, feedback as well discontentment, if any, on the portal. The government would give due weight to constructive criticism in the interest of the state and country, he added.

He said the MyGov Himachal portal and Chief Minister’s App would bring the administration closer to people and ensure two-way communication between the government and people. It would facilitate discussion, tasks, talks, polls and blogs on various groups based on diverse governance and public policy issues, he added.

He said the government had also started the CM Sewa Sankalp Helpline 1100 for redressal of grievances and raising issues of social importance. Thakur said the people of the state would be able to write directly to him regarding their grievances through the Chief Minister’s App. Agriculture and IT Minister Ram Lal Markanda said people had all the right to know about the government’s policies and programmes. Residents would need to enrol themselves at Himachal.mygov.in by entering their credentials.
