A bomb threat sent via email to the Nahan Court Complex in Sirmaur district of Himachal Pradesh triggered widespread panic this morning. The alarming message prompted an immediate and coordinated response by the local administration and police, who swiftly evacuated the entire premises as a precautionary measure.

According to police source, the email containing the threat was received directly by the court this morning, police were alerted and promptly moved to clear the court premises of all staff, lawyers, and the general public. Even on-duty police personnel were withdrawn from the site as part of a high-alert protocol.

As of now, no explosive device has been found, though the search operation is continuing with utmost caution. In parallel, a cybercrime team has been activated to investigate the source of the threatening email and trace its origin through technical analysis.

This marks the first instance of such a threat to the Nahan Court Complex, which houses multiple courts and witnesses significant daily footfall. The incident has raised serious concerns for public safety and poses a critical challenge for the district administration.

Authorities have tightened security in and around the complex and are closely monitoring the situation.

"All necessary measures have been taken to ensure public safety. People are urged not to spread or believe in rumours," stated Nishchint Singh Negi, Superintendent of Police, Sirmaur.

Meanwhile, in a similar incident today, a bomb threat targeted the District and Sessions Court complex, Kullu, which triggered widespread panic. However, senior police officials are currently on-site, closely monitoring the situation and assure that the situation is under control.
