Shimla, November 10

A major landslide near Devimor in Theog has resulted in the national highway 5 being blocked.

The landslip occurred near the circuit house, halting vehicular traffic for Rampur, Kinnaur and Rohru.

Efforts are on to restore the road for traffic by clearing the debris.

There had been no loss of life or property.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
