A 45-year-old Nepalese man has been arrested with 8.050 kg of charas near the Kotadhar Mor at Jana village in the district.

Kullu SP Gurdev Sharma said accused Bhim Gurung lived in a rented accommodation at Malana village. A case under the NDPS Act had been registered against him, he added.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
