Raj Kamal, also known as Raja, has been elected as the President of the Him Anchal Taxi Operators Union, Manali, defeating Puran Chand Pohlu by a margin of 779 votes. Kamal secured 1,288 votes, while Pohlu garnered 509.

The third candidate, Purna Chand, managed to secure 384 votes. In the election for Vice President, Kiran Kumar triumphed over Jai Chand with 1,200 votes to 982. Tej Ram won the position of General Secretary, defeating Kishori by 194 votes, securing 1,190 votes.
