Students of MCM DAV Senior Secondary Public School, Baghni (Nurpur), representing Cluster-5, have brought laurels to their institution by excelling in the state-level sports tournaments held recently at various DAV schools across Himachal Pradesh.

According to information released by the school management, the students showcased outstanding performances across multiple disciplines. In Judo, they secured one gold and one bronze medal, while in kabaddi, they clinched three gold medals. The school also excelled in badminton with two gold medals and in chess, a student earned one gold medal.

The school’s roller skating team delivered an impressive performance, bagging four gold, three silver and one bronze medal. In athletics, students won five gold, five silver and eight bronze medals in succession.

Principal MR Rana lauded the students for their remarkable achievement.
