Ambuja Cements organised a ‘Khel Utsav’ at Darlaghat, where a conglomerate of 400 students, teachers, and dignitaries converged recently.

The event saw participation of students from 24 primary and upper primary schools in various sports, including volleyball, dodgeball, relay races and track events.

The company organised this competition as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative, aimed at fostering sportsmanship and promoting physical well-being among young students in the region.

The ‘Khel Utsav’ featured a range of sports, tailored for different age groups and skill levels. Students from the upper primary section competed in volleyball, while primary students took part in dodgeball and relay races. Additionally, the event included a series of athletic races — 50m, 100m, and 200m — where students displayed their skills, teamwork and resilience on the field.
