Kashyap expressed her deep connection with Habban, referring to it “as dear to me as my own constituency”. She assured the gathering that once a BJP government was formed in Himachal Pradesh, the Habban region would be developed as a prominent tourist destination.

The MLA announced Rs 5 lakh for the renovation of the historic Habban Temple and an additional Rs 1 lakh for the fair organising committee. The event also featured sports competitions, where Kashyap presented trophies to the winning and runner-up teams, encouraging youth participation in traditional and cultural activities.
