The award will be conferred upon Verma during the 30th Annual Convention of the ISVIB and International Conference (VIBCON-2025) to be held at the ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), Mukteshwar, from November 6 to 8.
VC AK Panda congratulated Verma on this achievement and lauded his contributions to veterinary microbiology, immunology and biotechnology, particularly in the field of infectious diseases of ruminants. He said that such national-level recognitions enhanced the university’s reputation for excellence in veterinary education and research.
