Passengers of a private Volvo bus had a narrow escape as it overturned after hitting a divider near Datiyar on the Parwanoo- Solan road on Monday morning.

The bus was on its way from Delhi to Shimla.

A few passengers who suffered minor injuries were rushed to hospitals at Parwanoo and Dharampur.

While the cause of the accident is yet to be ascertained, a preliminary probe revealed that the driver lost control over the bus as it was speeding.
