The Scholars Home School, Paonta Sahib, celebrated its annual day on the theme “Rhythm of the Nation” with vibrant cultural performances by children from pre-nursery to Class V. The event coincided with the 76th Republic Day, adding a patriotic fervour to the celebrations.

The students from both branches of the school showcased colourful presentations, leaving the audience captivated. The event began with the school song, followed by the unfurling of the national flag and the singing of the national anthem. A choir of girls then mesmerised everyone with Shiv Vandana.

Senior Principal Abhishek Sharma welcomed the guests and parents with an inspiring address, setting the tone for the performances.

The youngest students from the playgroup section displayed their patriotism through songs like Desh Rangeela, while pre-nursery students performed on Ae Watan Mere Watan. Nursery students delivered engaging acts on classics such as Mera Juta Hai Japani, Mere Desh Ki Dharti, and Teri Mitti Mein Mil Jawan.

The Scholars Home senior section’s playgroup children performed Suno Bachchon Uthaao Basta, and nursery students delighted the audience with Mowgli and Rang De Basanti Chola. Kindergarten students added to the excitement with performances on Jai Jawan Jai Kisan, Chak De India, Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani, and Desh Rangeela.
