Patients have been at the mercy of a helper at the Trahi Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Mashobra, Shimla district, for the past four years as the Health Department has failed to recruit a regular doctor. The PHC was inaugurated in April 2016. The issue was also raised at Jan Manch in August 2019 and Deputy Speaker Hans Raj had said a doctor and paramedical staff would be posted within 15 days, but nothing of the sort happened.

Road in bad shape

The Amb-Nehrian-Kaloa road in Una district, which was constructed recently, has started to wear out. It is strange that the authorities concerned has not taken note of it. The road has become accident-prone. Ride is risky for two-wheeler riders. The authorities should get the road repaired and use good quality material this time.
