As per the revised lists, the district now has 4, 08, 389 registered voters — 2, 12, 607 male voters and 1, 95, 772 female voters. Khimta said these photo-integrated voter lists would be available for public inspection for the next seven days at the offices of Booth Level Officers (BLOs), Electoral Registration Officers (SDMs), Assistant Electoral Registration Officers, Tehsildars and Naib-Tehsildars. He urged all voters in the district to verify their names in the finalised voter lists to ensure their participation in strengthening democracy during the upcoming elections.

Additionally, voters could verify their names in the voter lists through http://www.ceohimachal.nic.in — the official website of the state Chief Electoral Officer. In case eligible persons do not find themselves in the list, or there are discrepancies, they can submit an application using Forms 6, 7, 8, or 8A, as applicable, to the Electoral Registration Officer (SDM) or Booth Level Officer concerned. Alternatively, online applications can be submitted via the National Voter Service Portal (NVSP). The DEO emphasised the importance of ensuring that every eligible voter is registered.
