Police trace missing girl in Indora, village youth arrested

As per information, the minor girl was missing along with a youth (19) of the same village.
Following a complaint by her parents, an FIR under Section 137(2) of the BNS was registered against the youth, who had been arrested.
The police constituted special teams and conducted raids at suspected hideouts. Indora DSP Sanjeev Kumar said the police succeeded in recovering the girl and accused. He said a medical examination of the duo had been conducted at the local civil hospital. He said the accused was arrested and a case under Section 64 of the BNS and Section 4 of the POCSO Act had been registered against him.
The police handed over the girl to her family after conducting a preliminary investigation and recording her statement in a local court.
