Himachal Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj has hailed the victory of NDA in Bihar Assembly polls and by-election in some states and credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president JP Nadda with the success.

Bhardwaj, who celebrated the victory with workers at party’s state headquarters here, said that the election results are endorsement of leadership, policies and programmes of Prime Minister. It was a befitting reply to critics.

He congratulated the party workers and thanked the people of Bihar and other assembly segments in different states for reposing faith in the BJP government. He said this is a proud moment for Himachal Pradesh too since the party workers were led by JP Nadda and it was first election under his leadership.

Attacking the opposition parties, the minister said, “People of Bihar and other states gave a befitting reply to the opposition,” he said adding that opposition parties joined hands to defeat the BJP but the people supported the party and rejected the ‘jungle raj”.
