The newspapers were full of reports that RT-PCR negative report is mandatory for tourists entering the state as the number of Covid cases are on the rise. The whole day I kept calling people to know the pre-requisites to come to Himachal, if the e-pass was needed and so on. However, there was no checking at the Parwanoo border.
