Nurpur: In order to carry out maintenance work of electricity supply lines under the 11-kv power feeder of Nurpur and to cut tree branches, power supply will remain disrupted on Tuesday. Bhupinder Singh, Assistant Engineer, said power supply in Nurpur town, Chogan, Khushinagar, Chinva, Giyali and Minzgran would be disrupted from 9 am till the completion of the work. OC

Rampur: Kinnaur DC Amit Kumar Sharma has said the state-level Kinnaur Festival will be held from October 30 to November 2. This year, the festival will take place at the Mini Stadium in Reckong Peo, Kinnaur. A traditional Shehnai playing competition will be held during the festival. OC

Mother of three goes missing

Nurpur: The Shahpur police on Sunday lodged a missing report of a woman. As per information, the woman, who is a mother of three, had gone to the Shahpur market on Saturday to shop for Karwa Chauth. When she did not return, her husband went to the cops. OC
