Sirmaur Deputy Commissioner Priyanka Verma handed over artificial limbs to 15 persons with disabilities during a programme organised by the Rotary Club in Nahan today. The event reflected a collective commitment to uplifting the specially-abled and enabling them to lead lives of dignity and self-reliance.
