The Raja Virbhadra Singh Foundation, led by its president and PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh, has donated Rs 11 lakh to aid families affected by the recent calamity in Mandi district. A delegation comprising senior member Yadopati Thakur and local representatives handed over the cheque to the Deputy Commissioner. The funds will support relief, rehabilitation and emergency assistance efforts. Foundation members recalled Vikramaditya Singh’s visit to disaster-hit areas, reaffirming their commitment to help families rebuild their lives. “Natural disasters call for empathy and collective action. This contribution is a small step toward restoring normalcy,” they said.
