Sanjauli college hosts grand annual fest

A grand fete was organised at Centre of Excellence, Government Post Graduate College, Sanjauli on Thursday. The event was inaugurated by Theog MLA Kuldeep Rathore, who served as the chief guest on the occasion, and the college alumnus.

Several games, including dart game, tambola, hoopla and lucky dip, were played to entertain the students. A variety of food stalls, offering popular dishes, were also available for visitors. Music lovers were seen enjoying songs at a dedicated music corner, besides a mehndi corner was arranged for women and girl students.

A jamming session was also held in the college auditorium, which was thoroughly enjoyed by the students. The event turned out to be a great success, witnessing enthusiastic participation from the college staff, students and their parents, OSA members and, students and teachers from other colleges in the region.

Principal Bharti Bhagra appreciated the active involvement of both staff and students in making the event a success. Senior faculty members Dr Bachan Singh, Prof Deepak Kapret, Prof Himani Saxena, Dr Madan Shandil, Dr Rakesh Sharma, Dr Meenakshi Sharma, Prof Vikram Bhardwaj and Dr Shivani Khatri played key roles in organising the event.
