Around 250 students of the Centre of Excellence, Government Post Graduate College, Sanjauli gained valuable insights into career prospects during a one-day workshop organised by the Career Counselling, Guidance and Placement Cell of the college. The workshop, themed ‘Career Opportunities After Graduation and Personal Development’, aimed to guide students toward career-oriented choices while supporting their overall personal growth.

The programme was conducted under the leadership of Dr Meenakshi Sharma, Convener of the Cell, who expressed gratitude to Principal Dr Bharti Bhagra, the chief guest, for her constant support in organising such initiatives. Addressing the students, Prof Bhagra encouraged them to adopt a positive outlook and approach life with enthusiasm and confidence.

Prof Arunkant Panoli from Baddi University, the resource person, shared strategies for achieving success, emphasising the importance of a clear purpose during student life. He highlighted that self-motivation, confidence and consistent practice are crucial in making career decisions. He also stressed that maintaining good health, patience and credibility is essential and students must strive to shape circumstances rather than be subdued by challenges.
