The ambulance is set to bolster healthcare delivery for underprivileged communities in the remote and hilly regions of Kangra district. The Dalai Lama Trust, in collaboration with the Tonglen Trust, has been serving these areas for over two decades through educational, nutritional and mobile medical initiatives.

On the occasion, Setty reiterated SBI's steadfast commitment to social welfare and community development. He lauded the work of the Trust and emphasised the importance of delivering timely medical aid to underserved populations.
