Students of Government Senior Secondary School, Halog, Dhami in Shimla district were sensitised about the causes, symptoms, treatment options as well as preventive measures of cervical cancer, during a cervical cancer awareness drive that was conducted in the school by the Rotaract Club of Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla.

During the programme, students were also sensitised about the crucial role of preventive measures such as regular screening, HPV vaccination, safe sexual practices and personal hygiene. The drive featured an expert session, interactive participation from students and the distribution of prizes.
