A water supply pipe is leaking under the pedestrian path in Mandi town for the past few days. The leakage in water pipelines has caused great inconvenience to residents as the water is getting accumulated on the streets. This also causes waste of water. The Jal Shakti Department should address the issue and take necessary measures at the earliest to stop the leakage.

Leakage in sewer line

The sewerage line along the road to Pagog is leaking for the last few days. It not only emanates a strong stench but also poses a health hazard to the people. Cleaning of sewer lines must be ensured on time. The sewerage system needs to be improved. The authorities concerned should repair the line as soon as possible. Vinod, Shimla


Need roads for ambulance

Residents of the Majaith ward are facing a lot of inconvenience due to lack of roads suitable for plying an ambulance. Ambulances cannot reach the ward in case of an emergency. It becomes extremely difficult to take patients to the hospital. The authorities concerned should take necessary measures at the earliest for the convenience of the residents.
