The highlight of the service was the inauguration of the new School Coat of Arms.

The board of governors — director Sunita John, founding principal Michael A John, principal Smaraki Samantaroy, St Thomas School principal Vidhupriya Chakravarty and Bishop Cotton School headmaster Matthew P John — were present at the event.

An English play enthralled the audience, after which students presented a vibrant and graceful ‘ghoomar’ performance.
