Dharamsala, July 5

A delegation of the Sikkim Government led by Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang arrived here today to attend the 89th birthday ceremony of the Dalai Lama that would be celebrated at his main temple in McLeodganj tomorrow. Tamang was accorded a warm welcome by the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA).
