The Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam (SJVN) has reaffirmed its dedication to India’s mission of eliminating tuberculosis (TB) by actively participating in the 100 Days TB Elimination Campaign, initiated by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

As part of the initiative, SJVN Director (Personnel) Ajay Kumar Sharma administered the Ni-Kshay pledge to the employees at SJVN Corporate Headquarters here. He urged the employees to actively contribute to the campaign.

In alignment with the National TB Elimination Programme and vision of TB-Mukt Bharat outlined by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the SJVN have developed an action plan that include the Ni-Kshay Shapath (pledge), TB awareness sessions, Ni-Kshay Shivir (screening camps), etc.

These programmes will be organised by SJVN’s offices and projects across India. These initiatives aim to educate the masses, encourage early diagnosis and facilitate preventive treatment.
