Hamipur, January 24

A human skeleton was found in a forest near Galot village near here today. The skeleton is believed to be of Roshan Lal, 70.

It was reported that the person was mentally ill and was missing for the last three years. Significantly, the skeleton was found at a distance of 1.5 km from his house.

Arjit Sen Thakur, Superintendent of Police, said the person was reported missing on August 16, 2016, at a local police station.

He said the place where skeleton was found was not accessible. The deceased was living with his nephews and was unmarried.
