Himachal Pradesh is set to receive snowfall and rainfall from March 10 onwards. As per the State’s Meteorological Department, snowfall and rainfall are very likely to occur in isolated areas across the state from March 10 till 15. The department has also issued a yellow weather warning March 10, 12 and 13, resulting in lightning and thunderstorms in isolated areas of the state.

Meanwhile, weather was mostly dry across the state during the past 24 hours. Minimum temperature in Shimla was 8.4°C, Manali 2.6°C, Dalhousie 8.9°C, Bilaspur 7.2°C, Sundernagar 7.6°C, Bhuntar 5.7°C, Kalpa 1.2°C, Paonta Sahib 10°C, Solan 6°C, Nahan 12.7°C, Kangra 9.4°C and Mandi 9.6°C

With 28.5°C maximum temperature, Una was the hottest place in the state while Keylong in tribal district Lahaul and Spiti was the coldest as it recorded minus 6.9°C minimum temperature.
