Pinegrove School, Dharampur, lifted the championship title of 24th Invitational Hockey Tournament for Boys (Under-12) with a 3-0 victory in a thrilling final which concluded Saturday evening.

The electrifying showdown under the floodlights of Pinegrove’s Arena saw them outplay Mayo College, Ajmer.

The tournament brought together six schools — Daly College, Indore; Mayo College, Ajmer; Sherwood College, Nainital; The Punjab Public School, Nabha; The Scindia School, Gwalior; and host, Pinegrove School, Solan.

Having earned Player of the Match twice, Disher Pratap Singh was crowned the Player of the Tournament, whilst Tarun Chaudhary was declared the Best Goalkeeper.

Kasauli Sub Divisional Magistrate Mahender Pratap Singh, as the chief guest at the event, presented the awards to the winners.
