Shimla: Solan youth Lokesh Bhanot will be part of Indian kickboxing team for the 3rd Indian Senior Open International Kickboxing Championship-2024 to be held in New Delhi from February 7 to 11. According to Amateur Kickboxing Association of Himachal Pradesh, more than 20 countries are expected to participate in the championship. Bhanot (28), who is presently working as Farmer Producer Company Fellow in the Prakritik Kheti Khushhal Kisan Yojana at Shimla, is an alumnus of Dr YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni. He had earlier bagged silver medal at the World Kickboxing Championship at Buenos Aires, Argentina.
