Talking to mediapersons on the sidelines of a programme here today, Shukla said the state government will have to ensure that use of legally cultivated cannabis is only for medicinal purpose and there is no misuse.
“Today, I read in newspapers that medicines and drugs manufactured at the pharmaceutical units in Himachal have failed lab testing, including the drugs for diabetes,” he said. “This is a very serious issue and the state government will have to take very stringent action to ensure that fake drugs are not manufactured in Himachal and those engaged in this should be punished,” he added.
