The MLA announced that a state-of-the-art Batwal Foundation building will be built in Khaniyara, with an initial instalment of Rs 5 lakh already sanctioned by him.

He also laid the foundation stone of a memorial gate in honour of Amar Shaheed Rifleman Sunil Jang Mehta, saying it would inspire future generations to remember the martyr’s sacrifice.
