Later during a public meeting at Balaid, Chaudhary said 1,550 residents of Balaid, Kakdha and Dulli villages would get benefited by this health sub centre.

She said those suffering from thalesemia, cancer, muscular dystrophy, hemophilia and other such diseases and had annual income less that Rs4 lakh could benefit under “Sahara Yojana” of the state government. “All such patients are being provided monthly financial assistance of Rs2,000,” she said. — OC
