Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu here today released Ek Refugee Scientist, an autobiography penned by Dr MK Shingari of Solan district.

He lauded Dr Shingari’s work and extended his best wishes for the success of the new publication.

The CM said the book would serve as an inspiration for the younger generation. This autobiography marks Dr Shingari’s fifth book.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
