Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj flagged off a taxi service from Strawberry Hill in Chhota Shimla to High Court via the restricted road here today.

There are several restricted roads in the city on which private vehicles are not allowed. The minister said similar taxi service would be started from different localities to reach main Shimla using the restricted roads.

“People face problems in reaching main Shimla from different localities in the city. Using these taxi services, people will be able to reach the Ridge and the Mall Road,” said Bhardwaj.
