The training aimed to equip teachers with the skills and knowledge to effectively implement the EMC programme in their schools. During the workshops, teachers were introduced to the EMC curriculum, activity-based learning methodologies, problem-solving exercises and digital learning management systems. The training emphasised the importance of practical learning.

Case studies based on local Himachali entrepreneurs made the training more relevant and engaging.
