Kedar Thakur, the director of the drama, said 14 shows of the play would be staged in six districts of the state — Kullu, Mandi, Solan, Hamirpur, Bilaspur and Shimla. ‘The Doll’ was based on artificial intelligence (AI), he added. He said theatre artistes Rupesh Bhimta and Yashvi Bhardwaj performed the lead roles in the play, while the set design was done by Deepika Rai and Rohit Parmar, and music composition by Rohit Kanwal.

Shilpa, a student of the college, said the play transported people into the future of AI, and addressed the effect of AI on human behaviour. Pankaj, another member of the audience, lauded the performances of all artistes.
