The 76th Republic Day was celebrated with great fervour at the Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS), a historic venue that hosted several key meetings and conferences during the Indian freedom struggle, attended by many national leaders.

On this occasion, Mehar Chand Negi, Secretary of the institute, unfurled the national flag at the main building premises.

He extended his greetings to all attendees and highlighted the importance of contributing wholeheartedly to the nation’s progress. He encouraged everyone to perform their duties with dedication and to strive for excellence in every task.

As part of the celebrations, Negi also distributed gifts to the children of the institute’s officials and staff members, motivating and encouraging them. The Republic Day celebration was attended by the officers, staff and their families with great enthusiasm.
