A case has been registered against the duo under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act at the Nagrota Bagwan police station. The SP said that the accused had been involved in the illegal drug trade for a long time and were under continuous surveillance. An investigation was underway, he added.
