KULLU, December 12

The police has arrested two foreigners from Delhi for supplying heroin in this district. Kullu SP Gaurav Singh said two foreigners were nabbed from Delhi yesterday after questioning from two Nigerians who were arrested on December 8.

The SP said a police team arrested Sery alias John (23) of west Africa and Samuel (30) of Nigeria. He said both accused were not having any passport or visa. Sery used to supply the contraband on the request of the customers and Samuel finalised the deal. He said Sery was one of the major drug suppliers whose links had also been found in other districts. A case under Section 29 of the NDPS Act and Section 14 of the Foreigners Act had been registered. — OC
