Two labourers were killed and a few others were injured in a landslide that occurred at Ashwani Khud on Junga road, near Shimla on Tuesday morning.

According to police, the deceased — Rakesh (31) and Rajesh (40), both natives of Bihar — were sleeping in makeshift huts near a stone crusher when the tragedy struck.

Police said the bodies have been pulled out from the debris and sent for post-mortem. — with PTI
