The driver of a Volvo bus was killed when the bus collided with a truck near Jadol on the Chandigarh-Manali highway in Mandi today.The deceased was identified as Roop Singh of Kullu.

Mandi ASP Sagar Chander said the bus was heading for Manali from Majnu Ka Tilla (Delhi), when the driver lost control over the vehicle and collided with a truck, which was loaded with pipes. The truck driver and passengers had sustained minor injuries, the ASP added.
